Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue a full refund of your purchase.
Return Conditions
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and original packaging.
- Used products, or products damaged by the customer, are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return (RA# Required)
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please email us at support@hyggeshe.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed reason for the return
- Clear photos or a video supporting your reason
Upon approval, you will receive your RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product.
To help ensure your refund, please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means the funds leave our account immediately. If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
Some credit card companies may take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been credited back to the card. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hyggeshe.com.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 5–25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@hyggeshe.com.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?
If this happens, email us as soon as possible at support@hyggeshe.com. We might be able to help, but we can’t promise anything because orders are usually processed quickly and may ship the same day or within a few days.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to stop it. We are not responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system processes orders automatically based on the information you provided.
Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons (Not Eligible)
- Buyer no longer wants the items — Please confirm your purchase before placing an order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else — Please be confident in the price before submitting an order.
