Australia, New Zealand 10–20 business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 15–25 business days
Asia 8–15 business days

*Please note that deliveries to islands may take longer, sometimes more than 30 business days.


Shipping Disclaimer

Due to factors that may affect international shipments, such as holidays, natural disasters, pandemics (e.g. COVID-19), war, clearance issues, or customs delays, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. All delivery times are estimates only.


Order Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 7–10 business days for dispatch. Be sure to add this processing time to your overall shipping estimate.

If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–5 business days for the tracking information to update.


Wrong Address

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided by the customer. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information in the order confirmation.


Marked as Delivered

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (such as USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided at checkout but has not been received, you must contact your local post office.

You may be required to provide us with a formal affidavit confirming the package was lost, stolen, or not delivered. Once received, we will review the case and may offer a replacement order at our discretion.

Please note: In this situation, we are unable to issue a refund.


Import Taxes / Refusal of Package

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

If an order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No delivery attempt is made in the destination country

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s). In such cases, we will not be responsible for issuing any refunds.
